Peter and Gale Mosgofian are co-pastors at AVCC.
They have been with the Vineyard movement since 1983 and planted Arcata
Vineyard Christian Community in 1997. Peter is a Marriage and Family
Therapist, while Gale is a Pastoral Counselor and the manager of
Mosgo’s Coffee Shop. Peter and Gale are routinely invited to
teach and minister in different settings all over the United States and
the world. Peter and Gale have raised four children and are now
“Nama and Papa” to four grandchildren. They enjoy people,
gardening, writing, knitting (Gale), playing guitar (Peter), and
cooking amazing waffles.

Ray and Kim Robinson have both been attending
AVCC since 2001, which is how they met each other. Ray is the worship
leader and coordinator, and Kim currently heads up children’s
ministries. By day Ray works as an electrician, but his passion is
music, with a focus on incorporating the multitude of musical talent in
our church body. Beyond AVCC (and the electrician gig), Ray works at
Mosgo’s Coffee Shop booking bands, running open mic, and setting
up art shows. Kim works in the church office doing the bookkeeping. Kim
and Ray have been married for six years, and have two rambunctious
little boys, Charlie and Calvin. In her spare time Kim enjoys spending
time outside, or doing creative things usually involving fabric, yarn,
or pen and paper. Ray’s hobbies are vast and many, and include
sound gear, race-cars, and, well, Facebook.

Tom and Beth Reed have been attending Arcata Vineyard
for four years. They are licensed pastors and have been using
Prepare/Enrich, a premarital counseling tool, for the past eighteen
years, and have worked with over seventy couples. They are now teaching
the program to others. Tom and Beth have been married for forty-two
years and have three grown sons and two daughters-in-law. They have
seven grandchildren who are a quiver full of blessings! They both
volunteer at Mosgo's Coffee Shop. Tom does the maintenance and
recycling, and Beth does office work. Beth also works at Redwood Family
Institute as an administrative assistant. Together they enjoy going to
yard sales on Saturdays.

Chelsea Dove has been a part of AVCC since 2001.
Besides serving on the core leaders team, she is the assisant manager
at Mosgo's Coffee Shop. Chelsea is one of the head teachers for Kid's
Church, and is an amazing resource with her vast experience teaching
children in both Sunday school settings as well as public school. She
holds a Special Ed Credential, but feels called to serve our community
through Mosgo's Coffee Shop. Chelsea enjoys many creative endeavors,
which over the years has included knitting with home made "chop-stick"
needles, jogging, getting outdoors, and keeping up with her "spirited"
cat, Grace.
