1. We were created to WORSHIP.
Jesus states that His Father is seeking those who will
worship Him in Spirit and Truth (John 4:23). So worship is
for God. At the Vineyard, our focus is to encourage worship
that creates intimacy with God. This worship is intended
to be to God, not primarily about God. We foster meaningful
worship of God at any time, in any place.

2. We are creating an ALTERNATIVE COMMUNITY -
which fosters a lifestyle guided by the teachings and
practices of Jesus Christ. Jesus said that the world would
know his disciples by the love they have for each other
(John 13:35). We are creating an environment that promotes
the love, acceptance and forgiveness embodied in the
Person of Jesus Christ for people of all ages.

3. We are a HEALING CENTER -
where our community purposefully seeks to create an
environment for healing of the whole person, using natural
and supernatural means to accomplish this (see Luke 4:16-21).
We take a holistic approach to healing including wellness,
prevention and curative elements. We expect people to have
ailments and times of brokenness that need loving care to
help heal.

4. We are a SCHOOL -
where people can become student-disciples who are taught
and equipped to live out the teachings and practices of Jesus
Christ (Ephesians. 4:11-14). We help each person discover their value and gifting as a particular member of the whole.

5. We are AMBASSADORS in God¹s PEACE CORPS.
We have been commissioned by Jesus Christ to take the
message of hope, love and healing to those who stand
outside of God¹s Kingdom (Luke 10:1 & 2 Corinthians 5:16-21). God¹s love fuels the natural and supernatural means we use to accomplish this purpose.

We are in association with the Association of
Vineyard Churches USA (AVC-USA) and with Vineyard
Ministries International (VMI) which together comprise over
1400 sister churches in various parts of the world.
